There is now a new person in the HOTSEAT. Alan Dennis. CAREERS IN CONSTRUCTION Alan Dennis,  Alan Dennis a structural engineer for a company called Arup - look at www.Arup.com. He designs structural frames of buildings, making sure they do not fall down due to wind, earthquakes and other loads. He works closely with Architects and Builders to make the building looks good and is easy to build. Ask him questions about careers in construction.
